Cancellation & Refund Policy

Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return. Such products must be reported within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

Once the return request is approved, the refund amount will be processed via Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 15 working days.

Kindly share a message or image of:

  • The delivery confirmation, or

  • The product condition (as applicable)
